employing full time toolmakers, with years of experience
in manufacturing single and multi-cavity injection mould
tools. Therefore tools can be manufactured in-house
allowing greater control with minimal delay.
2. PLASTIC PRODUCT DESIGN, BLOW
MOULD DESIGN, INJECTION MOULD DESIGN
Deogun Engineers have Computer Room with latest
technology computers. We are able to offer a rapid
prototyping service which can help to refine your design
ideas, not only for concept approval, but for fit and
functional testing to prove the design and eliminate any
costly errors, prior to committing to manufacture the
hard tooling.
3. PLASTIC MOULD MANUFACTURING
Our unit is equipped with VMC Machine where
mould dies are manufactured with accuracy and as per
Mould designs.
4. SUPPLY OF PLASTIC PRODUCTS
Deogun Engineers has heavy duty injection
moulding machines and blow moulding machines which are
used to manufacture some special plastic products as per
custom products demands of our customers.
5. MOULD REPAIR
Deogun Engineers has a world class tool room,
we offer repair services for all kinds of moulds from
India and Abroad.
Moulds are flown in from across the country to be
repaired by the highly skilled staff of our tool room in
